God’s glory, not missions, should be the goal of the church. The goal at Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church is that God will receive glory by being worshiped and through the worship of his Son.
Revelation tells us that every tribe and language and people and nation will worship when the new kingdom comes. Missions will cease at that time. Until then missions exists because worship does not. Jesus Himself defined the mission when He said “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Matthew 24:14)
Because of that, Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church has a passion for missions. Missions is central to the work of our church and we are excited about what God is doing.
